COMPRESSOR

TOOLS

Specialty HVAC Tools

A refrigeration gauge measures the pressure of the refrigerant to help identify leaks. A manifold gauge set may be used to diagnose high and low pressure in the system. Multimeters are a specialty tool used to check electrical components.

FILTER DRIER

The filter drier will both “filter” and “dry” the refrigerant. It will filter the refrigerant by removing debris and particulate matter from it, and dry the refrigerant by removing moisture.
